I studied Photojournalism at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. 

For as long as I can remember, I've had a passion to make art that evokes a response. That passion led me to journalism, where my love for art mixed with a drive to impact people's lives. Visual storytelling gave me something I never expected, but truly appreciate - a connection with people from many backgrounds with whom I would have never before come in contact.

What draws me to photojournalism more than anything is the reality of it all - capturing the essence of a person or place without the facade, and experiencing those intimate, raw moments.
