In 2010, the Chapel Hill High School Women’s Basketball team was 0-20 for the season.
In 2013, the Tigers ended their season at the State Championships with a record of 30-2, with the leadership of Head Coach Sherry Norris.
Their second loss was against Harding High School for the Division 3A Championship.
“We were so focused on getting that ring,”
Laura Musalem, a senior headed to UNC Chapel Hill next year,
said at a press conference after their loss to Harding.
“We forgot to focus on the game before the ring.”
